Deacons Ministry
The Deacons Ministry is committed to supporting and assisting the Pastor in administering the ordinances of the Church, and providing all aspects of spiritual leadership to the Church members and the Community.
Evangelism/Outreach
The purpose of these ministries is to introduce people in the community to the church by making them aware of God’s love for them. Sowing seeds of love, grace and mercy to those who are un-churched through community connection gatherings and presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Intercessory Prayer Ministry (IPM)
The purpose of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry is to have continual, effectual, fervent prayer and intercession for our Pastor and his family, assignment God has for TC&M, community, city, state and entire world.
Music/Praise/Worship
The vision of TRUTH CHURCH & MINISTRIES’ Worship Team is to create an atmosphere for the congregation to Worship God through music. We desire to lead the congregation into deeper worship, bringing God's people to His throne through musical creativity, excellence, and passion. Above all, our desire is for God to be glorified through everything we do as a worship team. (Colossians 3:16-17)
Media/Website Ministry
The vision of the Multimedia ministry is to glorify God through the use of various type of media and sound equipment.
Our goal is to work with the church leadership and other ministries within our localassembly to provide media and sound services with a spirit of excellence.
Hospitality (Ushers/Greeters)
The goals of this ministry are to:
Welcome all members and visitors to Truth Church and Ministries; displaying kindness by giving a warm smile, and a kind word. Ensure that every person, visitor or member, entering God’s house, is greeted and made to feel welcome. Ensure that order is kept in and around the worship services and to meet the needs of the pastor and congregation.
Kingdom Discipleship Training (KDT)
The purpose of Small Groups/Kingdom Discipleship Training (KDT) is to ensure the Church Vision “bears’ fruit. This will happen as the members become mature in the faith through training designed to make strong disciples for the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe strong disciples can and will disciple others!
Men’s Ministry
Equipping and coaching men to spiritual maturity through the Word of God and walking with them during their growth.
Awakened to Purpose (ATP) Women’s Ministry
To outreach and disciple women in alignment with the Vision of the Church. Sisters supporting sisters in their relationship with God, so that through spiritual friendships, mentoring, modeling, and teaching one another, we might experience the freedom to become all that God intends for us to be.
To fufill Gods commands to teach the younger women according to Titus 2:3-5.
Youth Ministry
To empower and encourage young people to develop a personal relationship with Christ. To help them grow socially and spiritually through discovering their spiritual gifts, and by teaching, training, and demonstrating an unbroken fellowship with Christ.
Nursery Ministry
The Nursery Ministry is committed to teach, train, and equip each child from 6 months to five years of age to understand God, His love, and His will for their lives. We believe that even as young children, truth can be imparted into their hearts, minds and spirits through love, care, and nurture. Discipline, guidance, and structure is the foundation to ensure each child is prepared to transition to the next state in their lives.
Drama Ministry
The Drama ministry is responsible for providing a creative way of presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ through plays, skits, dances and other forms of dramatic arts.
I Do Marriage Ministry - The Initial Design of Marriage
This is a ministry for married and actively engaged couples seeking to establish a foundational relationship through the spirit of God.
Grace Ministry
To share the Love of God through doing good works – providing food, clothing, shelter, Christs’ Love, and financial assistance for those needing a helping hand. Matthew 5:16 & Matthew 25:35-40
Buildings/Grounds Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the Church buildings and grounds.
Parking Lot/Security
Provides the church with safe and efficient parking throughout the campus. Ensures that the environment is secure through periodic patrols internally and externally.
Van Ministry
The Van Ministry’s purpose is to provide needed transportation to Church related functions for those who would otherwise be unable to have fellowship and attend the activities and Worship Services at Truth Church & Ministries.
